Global LEAN Leadership SUMMIT
September 12-13th 2018
Windeck - GERMANY

Are you ready to travel to beautiful Germany to experience the Global Lean Leadership Summit?

2018 GLLS will be hosted by Yellotools Ltd. in the beautiful village of Windeck, Germany. Yellotools is a small product development company that develops and manufactures specialty products and tools for signmakers all over the world. Yellotools has about 30 employees and has been actively practicing lean for more than eight years.

The Summit is hosted by very special organizations that have showcase their Lean efforts by generously providing tours and training to organizations around the world. Yellotools Lean learning laboratory is Second to none and their culture is awesome!

If you are interested in this once-in-a-lifetime experience don't delay because we are limiting the number of people who can attend to 100, because of the small size of the company, it would be difficult to move around more people than that.

The Summit has a strong spirit of generosity, of giving back to society by freely sharing best practices with one another.

This is a non-revenue producing event that is held for the betterment of our society and people's lives. Over the last years, we are proud to see People, Companies, Organizations, Authorities growing and improving their services to their Customers, Suppliers and their Employees or even Families - all due to the fact of sharing the success stories, discussing and facing the obstacles and supporting each other along the way. Come and join the Network.

To bring together committed Lean leaders from around the world to encourage, inspire and learn from one another. To spread the world-class concepts of continuous improvement and respect for people in order to:

• Improve the way we live and work
• Improve the quality of our products
• Decrease defects in our products
• Show deep respect to our customers
• And of utmost importance: Help people GROW

The Summit is for people serious about Lean who have no excuses to leave this planet better than they´ve found it.

The Summit is specifically for people who are committed to the Lean principles and have established a culture and organization that is implementing these principles actively on a daily basis. Simply put, it is not for the curious, it is for the totally committed. This is demonstrated by each leader's personal commitment to creating a culture of continuous improvement in his/her organization.
